How to cancel Paramount+

Steps to cancel Paramount+
- FIRST, figure out who bills you. Paramount+ can only be cancelled where you originally signed up. If you subscribed directly on paramountplus.com, follow the web steps below. If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, or a partner (Walmart+, Verizon, T-Mobile, your cable/TV provider), you must cancel through that company instead (see gotchas).
- DIRECT (paramountplus.com) WEB STEPS: Open a web browser, go to paramountplus.com, and sign in to your account.
- Open your Account page (paramountplus.com/account) by clicking your profile/username in the top right, then choosing Account.
- Scroll to the 'Subscription & Billing' section and click the 'Cancel Subscription' link.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Decline any retention/save offer if one appears, then complete the confirmation.
- Confirm you reach a final cancellation confirmation on screen (and check for an email). Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- APPLE (iPhone/iPad) if billed via Apple: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Paramount+, tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm.
- APPLE TV if billed via Apple: Settings > Users & Accounts > your account > Subscriptions > Paramount+ > Cancel Subscription.
- GOOGLE PLAY (Android) if billed via Google: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Paramount+ > Cancel subscription, then follow the prompts. (On a computer: go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, select Paramount+, click Cancel subscription.)
- ROKU if billed via Roku: sign in at my.roku.com, click 'Manage your subscriptions', select Paramount+, then click Unsubscribe. Or on the device: from the Home screen highlight (do not open) the Paramount+ channel, press the Star (*) button, choose Manage subscription > Cancel subscription.
- AMAZON/FIRE TV if billed via Amazon: go to amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions, sign in, find Paramount+, select Actions, then Turn off auto-renewal and confirm.
- PARTNER BILLING (Walmart+, Verizon, T-Mobile, cable/TV provider): manage or cancel the Paramount+ benefit inside that partner's own account/membership settings, not on Paramount+.
Things to watch out for
- You must cancel through whoever bills you. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, Amazon/Fire TV, or a partner (Walmart+, Verizon, T-Mobile, a cable/TV provider), cancelling on paramountplus.com will NOT stop the charge. Cancel in that store/partner account instead.
- Not sure who bills you? Check the company name on your receipt or credit-card charge; that company is who you cancel with.
- No refunds. Paramount+ officially states you will not be refunded for any fees you have already paid, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (you keep access until then).
- Free trial timing: if you are on a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged; cancellation during a trial takes effect at the end of the trial period.
- Because there are no refunds for fees already paid, on an annual plan you keep access through the end of the paid year but do not get money back for the unused portion.
- On Amazon and on iOS the action may be labeled 'Turn off auto-renewal' rather than 'Cancel', but it accomplishes the cancellation.
- On iOS, if you do not see Paramount+ under Subscriptions, Apple is not billing you (check the web or another store).
Refunds
Official policy (Paramount+ help/refund page): 'You will not be refunded for any fees you have paid.' Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. Certain legal circumstances may entitle you to a refund per the Terms of Use; if a refund is issued, access ends immediately.
Cancelling directly on Paramount+ is self-serve, online and in-app, no phone call required: sign in at paramountplus.com, open the Account page, click Cancel Subscription under Subscription & Billing, follow the prompts. The Paramount+ help pages are JavaScript-rendered and returned a CSS error to the fetcher, so wording was confirmed via the official Paramount support search snippet plus the official Salesforce-hosted refund page, the official Roku support page, and official Google Play support. The official US contact form is at help.paramountplus.com/s/contact-us. A phone number (888-274-5343) is widely listed by third-party directories but could NOT be confirmed on any Paramount-owned page, so it was left empty; phone is not needed for a standard cancellation.
