If you subscribed through an app store: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel in the LinkedIn iOS app on an Apple device and request any refund from Apple, not LinkedIn (LinkedIn cannot provide billing support for App Store purchases). Exception: an iOS sign-up done through mobile web is billed by LinkedIn directly and must be canceled on the LinkedIn desktop site. If you subscribed through Google Play, you can cancel either in LinkedIn (desktop or app) or directly in Google Play. Roku and Amazon are not LinkedIn Premium billing channels.

Steps to cancel LinkedIn Premium

  1. DESKTOP (web): Sign in to LinkedIn, then click the Me icon at the top of your homepage.
  2. Select Premium features from the dropdown.
  3. Under Plan Details, click Manage subscription on the left pane (this opens the LinkedIn Admin Center / Purchases area).
  4. Click Purchases on the left pane.
  5. Select your Active subscription.
  6. Click Cancel subscription under Actions.
  7. Click Confirm cancel to finish. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle (a free trial ends immediately).
  8. MOBILE APP (Android, or iOS only if you bought via Apple): Tap your profile photo.
  9. Tap Premium features.
  10. Tap Manage your subscription.
  11. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
  12. VERIFY: Return to the Purchases / subscription screen and confirm it shows the plan will not renew. Cancel at least one day before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Watch for the save offer. LinkedIn does not run a documented phone/agent retention process. In-flow it shows a confirmation prompt (Cancel subscription, then Confirm cancel) and a warning that you keep access until the end of the billing cycle. The main pressure point is the notice that canceling a promotional plan or a plan no longer offered permanently forfeits the discounted price. To push past: just complete both confirmation steps; there is no agent to negotiate with.

Things to watch out for

Refunds

LinkedIn's official refund policy: Premium subscriptions may be refundable within 7 days from the date you were charged, ONLY if you have not used any Premium features in that window. Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Regional exceptions: Denmark and the Netherlands get a one-month-notice cancellation with refund of the remaining period; Germany the same but excluding the first year of an annual plan; SEPA Direct Debit has an eight-week refund window from the debit date. iOS App Store purchases: all refunds must be requested from Apple, not LinkedIn. Request a refund via LinkedIn's Help Center (refund request feature under Billing & Subscriptions). LinkedIn generally does not give partial refunds for unused time after a normal cancellation.

No phone call or in-person visit is needed; cancellation is fully self-serve online (desktop web) or in the mobile app. Path verified on LinkedIn's official help domain: Me icon > Premium features > Manage subscription > Purchases > Cancel subscription > Confirm cancel. After canceling you keep Premium until the cycle ends, then drop to a free Basic account with your profile, connections, and data intact. The exact in-app label wording can vary slightly by LinkedIn version and surface. No company cancellation phone line is published for consumer Premium, so the phone field is intentionally left empty.
